You grant the Lender permission to allow our company to collect and store your User Data through the Platform.

To access the Services, you will be required to register and log in through our Platform. During the application process, you will be required to submit and upload user information through the website. This information may include your name, email address, gender, date of birth, contact number, photograph, and login credentials. You may also be required to provide financial and compliance-related information, including but not limited to bank statements, income details, bank account numbers, PAN details, KYC information, data required for regulatory compliance, information obtained from credit information companies, and any other relevant information necessary for processing your loan application. By registering for the Services, you authorize us to collect, process, and verify your personal information, including obtaining information from third-party platforms and credit information companies as required. You acknowledge that we may periodically request updates to your personal information, such as contact details, residential address, or employment information. You further authorize us to communicate with you through calls, messages, emails, and other electronic means regarding your application, services, and updates. All actions undertaken by the Company are carried out with your explicit consent and in compliance with applicable laws and non-discriminatory practices. Upon submission and verification of your information, you may become eligible for loan approval by the Lender, subject to the Lender’s specific eligibility criteria and terms. You may also be required to complete additional documentation such as ECS (Electronic Clearing Service) or NACH (National Automated Clearing House) mandates, provide signed authorizations, or submit other documentation as required by the Lender. Once all required documents and verifications are completed, the Lender shall disburse the loan amount in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the loan agreement.

The approved loan amount shall be disbursed in accordance with the details and instructions provided by you through the Platform and as confirmed by the Lender. You shall be solely responsible for repayment of the loan amount, together with applicable interest and charges, on the due date(s) specified in the loan agreement or repayment schedule.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect and process your location information while you are actively using the Services, where such collection is necessary for verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Such information shall be collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.

In the event that you uninstall or discontinue using our Services, you are still responsible for settling any outstanding amounts. It is important to note that you are solely accountable for any actions taken using your User Account, and the Company cannot be held liable for any consequences arising after your use of the Services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your User Account and are required to possess compatible devices and an internet connection that are compatible with the Platform and Services. 2. Cancellation After Disbursement: If the applicant wishes to cancel the service after loan disbursement within 24 hours, the principal amount must be repaid.
3. Refund of Excess Payments: Any Excess payments made will be refunded within 5-7 days after the reconciliation of loan repayment.

This Agreement shall be construed as a legally binding contract and shall be governed by the laws of the State of India, irrespective of any principles of conflict of laws.
